We try to send the order within two working days after receiving it, but during particularly busy periods, it may sometimes take longer (please note that we don't send orders on Saturdays, Sundays or British public holidays). Generally speaking, small packages of less than 2kg are signed by Royal Mail first class and should be delivered within 3-5 working days after delivery. We use TNT to transport larger/heavier items. Once tracking information is collected from us, TNT will send you their own email. Larger/heavier items usually arrive within 48 hours after delivery. Return goods If you are not completely satisfied with the purchased goods, we will always help you. You have 30 days to return the goods from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the state it was received. Your items must be in the original packaging.
