Ordering
Can I pre-order an item?
Due to the limited availability and uniqueness of the material we sell, you are unable to reserve or pre-order material from us. This is to give our customers an equal opportunity of purchasing from our website. Sign up to our newsletter and follow our social media pages to stay up-to-date with new product arrivals.
How can I get a replacement copy of my invoice?
All orders are shipped with a printed invoice. If you need a replacement copy, please email contact@planereclaimers.aero.
What payment methods can I use?
We support most major credit cards. All payments are securely processed through Stripe and customer payment card details are not stored by Plane Reclaimers at any point.
How do I return an item?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your order for a full refund. Your order must be returned to us in its original packaging with your invoice. Please email contact@planereclaimers.aero ahead of your return.

Product Questions
Will I receive a certificate of authenticity with the items I order?
If you have ordered an item or items from a specific aircraft, you will see the aircraft registration in the title or product description. For these items, you will receive a certificate of authenticity showing the aircraft, its registration and additional details about that aircraft.
For non-registration specific items, you will not receive a certifcate.
Delivery
When will I receive my item?
Times will vary dependent on destination. We endeavour to dispatch orders within two business days of receipt, but this may sometimes take a little longer in particularly busy periods (note that we do not dispatch on a Saturday, Sunday or on UK public holidays). In general, small packages up to 2kg are shipped Royal Mail First Class Signed-For (tracked in the UK) and should be with you within 3 – 5 business days in Europe or 3 – 14 business days for other destinations. Larger/heavier items we ship using TNT, who will send you their own email with tracking information once collected from us.
What happens with customs?
Without exception, all items sold through this website or through direct contact with Plane Reclaimers will be listed in customs notes/invoices as, “Aircraft part(s) – Display/No commercial value.” The value listed on the customs note/invoice will be the same as the value the items were sold at. We are unable to adjust customs notes/invoices to suit individual requests.
How do I get an international shipping quote?
Put the item in your basket/cart and proceed to checkout, you will then be directed to provide details which will reserve your item and generate a shipping quote request. We will then provide you with a shipping quote/invoice as soon as we are able.
Should you decide to continue with the order, simply pay via the invoice link. We will not take payment until you accept your shipping quote.
Should you decide not to continue, contact us and we’ll cancel your reservation/order.
In all cases, the reservation is held for seven days after the quote/invoice is generated. If payment is not received in that time, the order will cancel automatically, the reservation will be removed, and the item will return to being available as stock.
Custom Orders
How do I get an international shipping quote?
Put the item in your basket/cart and proceed to checkout, you will then be directed to provide details which will reserve your item and generate a shipping quote request. We will then provide you with a shipping quote/invoice as soon as we are able.

How can I track my order?
If you have placed on order and you want to check its status, you can view this from your account.
Step 1 – Go to my orders.
Step 2 – Click on the order you want to track.
Step 3 – Click on View.
