The world's largest plane was put aside after six test flights, but this is not necessarily a bad thing. Recently, its manufacturer, Hybrid Air Vehicles(HAV), announced that it would not rebuild the prototype of Airlander 10, but would change its business model and begin to "commercialize" Airlander 10.
Stephen McGlennan, CEO of HAV, said that the company's experimenters have used the prototype to get the necessary data for future development, so there is no need to release it into the sky.
The prototype Airlander 10 is a 300-foot-long helium airship made by a hybrid aircraft, and it is ridiculed as "flying ass" because of its shape.
The advanced version of the prototype was officially unveiled at the Farnborough Air Show in July last year, but it had encountered many setbacks before, including crashing on the second flight landing. The commercial version of this hybrid prototype has been approved by the British Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

This luxurious version of Airlander has a 150-foot-long cabin and a luxurious bedroom with a bathroom. There is also a "high altitude" bar and glass floor on the plane. "Passengers can enjoy cocktails while enjoying the comfortable life of the double-deck connecting cabin. At the same time, we can also fly and land in remote and unexplored locations. " A spokesman for the prototype company said. The plane can fly to an altitude of 6100 meters, which can be explored for three days and can accommodate up to 19 passengers.
